In 2001 I joined a newly established management consulting firm. Today, the company (Qvartz) has grown to become one of the leading Nordic players (now part of Bain & Company).
Staying with Qvartz for 12 years lead to an exiting year with ReD Associates in New York which sparked the dream to co-found an innovation and strategy boutique firm (42 Associates), which quickly gained momentum and later was acquired by Monitor Deloitte.
