What You See Is What You Get

In the following I have tried to describe how a typical engagement looks like - knowing that there is no such thing as a typical engagement...

THIRSTY TO TAKE THE LEAP?

You are probably already a success -  but you know something is missing. Like many of us you have a hard time to formulate exactly what is wrong or what you want.  I can help you sharpen your dreams and to make it as concrete as possible - so you can start to act on it. As a mentor I will use my own experience and background to guide you on your vision and support you understanding what it is you really want - and how to get it.

TYPICAL COMPONENTS

  • Clarity - helping you understand, what is important to you and what's holding you back

  • Happiness - helping you balancing what brings your immediate pleasure and long-term purpose in life

  • Fears and values- helping you understand who you really are and how to be true to yourself in all decisions

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

1-2-1 mentoring can range from a few sessions to a longer engagement. It is quite natural that you do not know for how long you need mentoring. We can meet at my office or talk on the phone/Teams.

CORPORATE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

#competenceboost

LOOKING FOR A SKILLS UPGRADE?

You are a corporate business development team ready to professionalize your offerings to the rest of the organization. I can bring the best of the consulting skills to your team through joint training sessions and individual mentoring sessions between modules. Focus is typically on classical consultant disciplines such as  "Issue-driven problem solving"; "Structured communication"; "PowerPoint for consultants" and/or "Presenting with impact".

TYPICAL COMPONENTS

  • Capability gap - interview the team lead, selected team members and collaboration partners to establish the biggest needs and gabs among the team today and the future requirements

  • Training modules - focusing on the agreed modules (half day sessions)

  • Individual mentoring sessions - held between training sessions taking point of departure in company specific tasks and challenges

ENGAGEMENT MODEL

We can either plan the required training sessions and individual mentoring sessions over a couple of months -  or we can take the entire team out of the everyday environment and have an off-site session which also gives room for other activities, such as team building, people development skills and/or social events.
